Hotel Security Solutions in Fairhope & Baldwin County, AL

Front Desk: Having had a lot of exposure to and friends in the resort communities of the Colorado Rockies, we understand the challenges that are involved in the hospitality business. The frequency of challenges may be different from one establishment to another, but most experience challenges from disgruntled guests. Sometimes complaints are justified, other times they may be an attempt to get a discount or free service. There are times when it is invaluable to have an impartial witness at the front desk to record not only video but also audio of what is taking place. It can also be a valuable management and training tool for front desk staff.  

Hallways: Who is coming in and out of elevators or rooms? Are luggage carts being returned?

Pool and Hot-tub Areas: Are they being used by unauthorized people? Who broke the glass that is lying on the floor? Are there unsupervised children present?

Parking Lots and Garages: Who damaged, broke into or stole from patrons cars? From one of our customers, a car was stolen. The faces of the thieves were captured on video. The police were able to run them through a database and matched them to their driver license, resulting in a conviction. At the same property, one car rammed another and the driver confessed after being confronted with the video. Also, overhead garage doors are sometimes damaged by cars trying to sneak in behind another car before the door closes. One such incident captured will pay for the camera multiple times over.
